Prior to Joining Electrochem, David was President and Owner of Chemetal, Inc, a leading provider of semiconductor and microelectronic fabrication equipment UHV parts cleaning and re-conditioning services. In 2000 he successfully sold Chemetal to Pentagon Technologies, Inc. He then served as Vice President of the Pentagon’s Parts Service Group from 2000 to 2004. Prior to his time with Chemetal, David founded and operated two commercial real estate development and management companies. He began his career as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche, after receiving a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California Haas School of Business.
Janet has over 30 years of sales experience. She has worked in the semiconductor and precision cleaning industry for the past 24 years. As a member of our team she works with our customers to provide them with pricing, turnaround time and assists with special projects. She graduated from Cal State University East Bay with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Biology. She recently earned her MBA from University of Phoenix.
Francisco has over 30 years experience in operations management with top metal finishing shops in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Ruiz' career has been consistently based on supporting high technology manufacturing companies. He entered the industry over 30 years ago as an operator processing parts and worked his way up in prior companies to management positions responsible for company operations. Mr. Ruiz' experience combines hands-on knowledge with a deep technical knowledge of metal finishing, key customer specifications and quality requirements. He has a well established reputation in the industry with his customers and colleagues.
Dean has over 40 years experience in process and facility design for semiconductor, magnetic media, and metal finishing operations. He has developed processes, managed semiconductor fabrication and assembly/test operations. He has worked as a chemist, process engineer, and manager for Lockheed, Shockley Transistor, Raytheon Semiconductor, HP, and Fairchild Semiconductor and was President/CEO of ER Engineering and SDN Technology. He's developed systems for the removal of hazardous materials such as heavy metals from manufacturing process waste streams and has co-authored numerous published technical articles.
